Business Development Manager
Job description
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in growing our client base and revenue streams. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and working closely with our team to develop solutions that drive success for our clients. You’ll also be a key player in identifying market trends, analyzing competitive landscapes, and helping us refine our service offerings.
Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities across web development, social media marketing, ERP implementation, and other IT services.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client organizations.
Lead negotiations, contracts, and proposals with potential clients.
Work closely with the project management and technical teams to ensure client expectations are met.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted strategies for lead generation and market penetration.
Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and grow our professional network.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the IT or technology sector preferred.
Strong understanding of web development, digital marketing, ERP systems, and other IT services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills with a consultative approach to client needs.
A results-driven attitude with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
